Who is Konsensus?

Konsensus is consultancy active in recruitment and selection for financial, accounting, tax and legal profiles at all levels.

For over 18 years Konsensus operates on the Belgian market, and filled dozens of vacancies with large Belgian and international corporations as well as with PME's

Our geographical area is Belgium, but occasionally we also recruit for Holland and France.

Konsensus is a Belgian company and works completely autonomously. We have no legal bindings with other companies.

Are your services free of charge?

All our services are free of charge for the candidates. It is illegal for a recruitment agency to ask candidates for any fee or compensations for the offered services.

Who has access to my data?

Only the employees of Konsensus, processing your data have access to the information we store.

We will never share this information with other authorities, companies or persons.

When you apply for a position, we will only pass your information to our client after having discussed the positions with you, and after having received your consent to present your file with our client.

Of course, you will always have access to your own file.

For what period of time does Konsensus keep my data in the database?

You are registered in our database for an unlimited period of time.

At any moment, you can ask us to deactivate the information, via mail, fax of e-mail. In that case, we will put your file on our internal Robinson list (*).

Of course we will reactivate this information at your earliest request, informing you again about the positions we are handling for our clients.

It is in your interest that we can work with the most recent and accurate information on your profile. That is why we would like to ask you to inform us regularly about changes in tour resume. We from our side try to be proactive in this area, but we really appreciate if you could take the initiative to update your file.

(*) A Robinson list is a list with names and addresses of people who do not want to receive commercial information. Konsensus has her own internal Robinson list of people/candidates who do not wish to receive further job offers or other information from Konsensus.
