Analysis of your resume

We will analyze your resume with the focus on all positions that we are dealing with for our clients, including these you did not directly apply for.

Reaction

Within seven days, you will receive one of the three following answers:

• You are invited for an interview.
• We cannot retain your application at this moment, but we will keep your details in our database. If you do not want us to do so, you can inform us in the application form.
• We cannot retain your application for the positions we are generally dealing with for our clients (you can apply again if your resume has changed substantially: studies, professional experience, ...).

Interview

During our first meeting, we want to get to know you better in person. You will be invited for an interview with the consultant responsible for the position(s) you qualify for.

Your professional experience as well as your aspirations will be examined thoroughly for a potential match with the opportunities we have for you.

Feedback

• If - after a thorough analysis of all applicants - we should decide not to present your application with our client, you will receive feedback within two weeks after the initial interview.
• If we present your file to our client, we will inform you as soon as our client has given us his feedback.
• You understand we have no control on this timing, and therefore we sometimes have to ask you to be a little bit patient.
• Anyway, we are undertaken all necessary action in order to inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible.
