Konsensus announces the composition of its new recruitment & search team. Konsensus continues to enjoy a strong demand for its services towards her clients and candidates and the new recruitment team will play a vital role in supporting the ongoing focus on recruitment & search.

Over the past 6 months Konsensus set up a co-operation with Ilse Lefebvre as Business Associate and promoted Monika Jaskiewicz to Consultant.

Ilse Lefebvre obtained a Master in Commercial Sciences in 2003 at the Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius in Brussels. She started her professional career as an auditor in one of the Big 4, where she built her sound financial background.

Since 2007, Ilse is working as Consultant in Recruitment & Search, initially at an international consultancy firm. In January 2011 she joined Konsensus as a Business Associate.

Monika Jaskiewicz obtained a Master in Political Sciences in 2008 at the Ghent University. During her studies, she was working as a Desk Researcher for Konsensus.  Because of her dedication and commitment towards all the projects she handled, she got the opportunity to continue her co-operation with Konsensus as a Junior Consultant and was recently promoted to Consultant.
