FILLED: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - HILTI - ASSE

Hilti Belgium employs 200 people and is a stable and well performing organization within the Hilti group. To expand their highly qualified pool of experts in the finance department in Asse, Hilti is looking for a financial controller.

II. FUNCTION

Scope

As controller you act as a business partner to the sales department, providing support and guidance in all profitability relevant topics. You understand what makes companies successful and you stress out the importance of linking finance to the other departments in the organization. 

In this function you report to the Finance & Logistics Manager BeLux.

 Responsibilities 

• You consolidate and analyze financial results and KPI’s for management.
• You are responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for internal departments (HR, Sales, Logistics,…).
• You continuously keep an eye open for and track risks and opportunities.
• You establish, maintain and continuously improve reporting tools to contribute to the sustainable profitable growth of the organization.
• You drive the implementation of strategic finance projects.

 III. PROFILE 

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree in finance or business administration with a strong interest in the field of finance and/or controlling.
• You have a professional experience of 3-5 years and a sound knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analyses.
• You proactively think with the business in a progressive and dynamic way.
• You have experience with SAP. Experience with BI is a plus.
• You have a strong customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• You are a good internal networker and a team player.
• You are flexible, dynamic and committed.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch or French mother tongue.
• Ideally interested in developing an international career.
